Quantum chromodynamics, saturation of parton densities, diffraction in hadronic collisions, quark-gluon plasma.
I study different non-linear aspects of quantum chromodynamics that can have observable consequences in hadron-hadron, or heavy-ion, collisions at high energies. My recent research themes are the theoretical description of diffractive events in proton-proton collisions at the LHC, the consequences of parton saturation proton-nucleus collisions at the LHC, and I am developing the theory necessary to assist the preparation of future electron-ion colliders.
